To ensure the quality, Uno-Steel made a huge investment for equipment and includes the full production program as upsetting- Full Length Pipe Heat Treatment (austenitizing furnace- H2O External Quench- Tempering)- Straightening- Full Length Pipe Inspection- friction weld (produced by MTI, in USA) - Weld Zone Heat treatment etc. all these important machines. And all the products will pass through very strict quality inspection equipments and quality control system.
Uno-Steel established a full series quality control team, equipments and system; also installed quality testing and inspection equipment for Wet Fluorescent inspection, Ultrasonic Shear Wave inspection, Hardness inspection, UT wall thickness inspection, Tool Joint Alignment inspection, Screw Threading inspection etc. Uno-Steel also has a complete and professional laboratory which can help the technology R&D.
